THE BRIEF
At MDS our key to success is ensuring the interiors are a reflection of the client's current lifestyle and future plans. In the initial brief stage, we come to understand how the client plans to utilize the space, their daily living habits, and aspirations. We consider design, site, timeline, scale, budget, and structural requirements to develop a client proposal.
CONCEPT
In the concept stage, we will present floor plans outlining the highest use of space to the client's brief and any required structural changes. Initial material selection and joinery concepts will be proposed and collaborated on as we invite our clients to give their feedback to ensure our design aligns with their vision.
DETAIL
Following approval of the concept designs we will progress into development of design details. Final millwork, joinery, drawings, and finishes will be presented. The client will be presented with a fully actualized design in line with the agreed upon budget.
REALIZATION & INSTALLTION
The timeline and construction schedule will be outlined and signed off on by the client and all involved team members. Work will commence and our studio will keep in close communication with the client to keep them updated at all major stages. MDS will coordinate and conduct regular site visits to ensure our design is carried out to the highest of standards and continues to progress according to the timeline so the client may enjoy their property as planned.
